We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within that 24-hour window, or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged half the appointment price, and will need to pay the cancellation fee before scheduling your next appointment.
We keep an on-time schedule. All appointments will end on time, regardless of showing up late. Please be on time—we want you to get your full session. Sessions will remain at full price for late clients. We are very good at altering sessions of any length for the best possible outcome.
We accept cash and all major debit / credit cards. If you are a VA patient, or are working with another insurance reimbursement, please contact us to work out details ahead of time.
We work with many people with chemical sensitivities, and maintain a scent-free environment. Please refrain from wearing scented perfumes or colognes to your appointment.
We request that you come in clean and ready for a massage session. If you work in a job that leaves you less ready, in terms of hygiene, for your appointment, be sure to schedule at a time that allows you to clean up and change clothes before coming in.
We expect to have long and fruitful relationships with our clients, and we reserve the right to terminate that relationship for any of the following reasons:
